Welcome To Primary 5R

Here are some budding archaeologists at the Braid.  Is this Mesolithic or Neolithic evidence?

At the Braid we considered which modern rubbish would be around in the future as evidence of our existence.

We enjoyed examining this ‘Mesolithic’ hut and boat on our visit to the Braid.

We have been learning about angles and we each made an angle turner to help us understand.

Looking for examples of right angles in the classroom!

After carrying out group research, we presented our findings to the class , using bar graphs.

We always enjoy using Cuisenaire. Here we are investigating

multiplication.

Planting daffodil bulbs was fun! (It also gave us an opportunity to practise what we have learnt about writing instructions.)

Teamwork is important. Here we are doing some collaborative work for a presentation.
