Welcome To Primary 5B

We went to The Braid Museum . We had fun learning how Mesolithic people used wood and animal skins to make their huts.

We moved around the different activities in groups. At this table we drew artefacts that would have been used during The Stone Age.

In this activity we pretended to be archaeologists. We dug up artefacts, matched them to the pictures, and then decided if they were typical of Mesolithic or Neolithic finds.

Exploring the Mesolithic Hut at the Braid Museum .

How good are you at writing instructions? To find out, we first played a game of Snakes and Ladders. Then we wrote out instructions to explain how to play this game.

These class members kindly brought in decorations for our school Harvest Service.

P5B dressed for the Harvest Hoedown.

These are the brave volunteers who prepared a speech for the “Balloon Debate” as part of Roald Dahl Day. Well done to them all. Our class voted for Erin and Bradley to represent P5B at the Balloon Debate
