LATEST NEWS - The Netball girls won one, drew one and lost two at the local tournament - so the question is, did the girls do better then the boys or did the boys do better?
Well done to the boys in the Senior Cup on Friday 20th February. Despite playing superbly well, they won one and lost one and failed to qualify. They were probably the best team there and showed tremendous talent and superb attitude - thanks to Mr Beattie and Miss Greer.
Before half term, we had our follow up visit from the ETI, which went really well. Well done to all staff for their continued hard work, to our pupils for being fantastic, and to all parents for their ongoing support.
WELL DONE TO OUR CHOIR WHO COMPETED IN THE RADIO ULSTER CHOIR OF THE YEAR COMPETITION ON THURSDAY 5TH FEB 2015. THEY DID NOT WIN, BUT DID REALLY WELL AND GOT MANY EXCELLENT COMMENTS FROM THE JUDGES. THANK YOU TO MRS BEATTIE AND MRS MCCLEERY FOR ALL THEIR HARD WORK.

Welcome to Buick Memorial Primary School’s Official Website. The aim of this dynamic tool is to encourage more effective communication between the school, parents and the local and wider community.
Through exploring the website you will see that our school has a long tradition merged with current thinking and modern ideas about children’s learning. Parents want the best for their children, and Buick Memorial provides the balance between high expectations for all our pupils’ achievements, alongside a caring family atmosphere in which children feel safe, supported and enjoy learning.
Our school offers a broad curriculum, both in and out of the classroom. We utilise a wide range of resources and expertise to ensure every pupil is treated as an individual, yet grows as part of a supportive school team.
Explore and enjoy the website and please feel free to leave comments in the Guestbook or seek advice in Enquiry. If you wish to visit the school or speak with me, you are welcome to contact the school at any time.
